I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adults (18+) who are seeking a thoughtful, relational, and supportive space to reflect on what is happening in their lives. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change becomes possible when people feel genuinely heard and understood, and when therapy supports them to reconnect with their own strengths, values, and capacity for growth.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I see therapy as both reflective and active — a process that supports awareness, emotional understanding, and the development of internal resources that can be carried into everyday life. As people move toward ways of living that feel more aligned and sustainable, the work can feel clarifying, steadying, and at times enlivening.

My approach is integrative and responsive. I draw on evidence-based psychological approaches and adapt them thoughtfully to the person in front of me. This includes training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and drawing on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and relational and insight-oriented approaches.

I have worked across public health, community, private hospital, corporate, and private practice settings. Before training as a psychologist, I worked as a lawyer — a background that continues to inform my respect for ethics, careful thinking, and holding complexity with clarity and integrity.

I am also a Board Approved Supervisor and offer individual clinical supervision to psychologists.

At its core, my role is both supportive and active. I am here to listen and to hold space, while also working alongside you to build insight, strengthen your own resources, and support meaningful, sustainable change.
